This podcast is a reading from my textbook Managing Stress: Principles and Strategies for Health and Well-Being. It is a great textbook and I have learned so much from it. I have began to remove my the things in my life that cause unneeded stress and fill those now open spots with life. This books has taught me more than I ever thought it would or even could.
